Movement Performance Therapy
Our
Story

Move Better. Perform Stronger. Live Fully.
As a former athlete, I know how frustrating it can be to feel held back—not just by injury, but by a healthcare system that isn’t built for people who want to stay active, strong, and moving forward. Too often, physical therapy is reactive, limited by insurance rules, and rushed through checklists—leaving little time for real connection or meaningful progress.

Kellogg Movement Performance Therapy was created to change that—right here in our own community.
We’re proud to offer cash-based, 1-on-1 physical therapy, where every 60-minute session is focused entirely on you—your goals, your story, and your path forward. No insurance barriers. No crowded clinics. Just real, personalized care that puts you back in control of your health.

Whether you're a local athlete, a hard-working farmer, a parent chasing kids, or someone who simply wants to move without pain—we're here for you. With treatments like manual therapy, dry needling, cupping, scraping, massage, and individualized movement plans, we combine hands-on care with performance-minded expertise.
Kellogg Movement PT is built on the same values that run deep in small towns like ours: hard work, trust, and taking care of your own. This is more than a clinic—it’s a place for people who take pride in how they move, work, and live. We're honored to be part of your journey.
Your Physical Therapist
My name is Dr. Colton Kellogg PT, DPT, CSCS
Colton grew up in the small town of Kinsman in Northeast Ohio where he spent the majority of his time training, playing, coaching, and watching sports as a 4-sport varsity athlete. His passion led him to play 2 years of college soccer at Marietta College which introduced him to the world of sports medicine. Colton would go on to be a double graduate of The Ohio State University; first in 2018 with a Bachelor of Education in Exercise Science and a Minor in Psychology followed by a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2023.
To bolster his education and experience, he became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialization through the NSCA in 2018. While Colton has experienced a broad range of clinical specialties and settings including skilled nursing facilities and acute care at the James Cancer Treatment and Research Center, his true interest lies in the active individual.
Colton is dedicated to not only providing an exceptional experience through success and achievement but also empowering his clients, treating them as people first and not defining them as their ailments in their pursuit of improved quality of life. Colton is ready and willing to provide his services bridging the gap between rehabilitation and performance in sport and in everyday life.

Colton recently moved to Erie, PA after graduating from PT school to be with his newlywed, Courtney, who shares in his passion for medicine as she pursues a degree in Osteopathic Medicine at LECOM. In his free time, Colton enjoys spending time with friends and family and staying active keeping his competitive edge alive.
